Power points, case studies, mock courts and debates are adopted as the modes of instruction. This essentially means that the course is conducted in a seminar style with the resource person assuming the role of a facilitator. The students are expected to read the relevant statutes, international treaties, case reports and other recommended resources before class to prepare for discussions and presentations in class. Students willing to put in effort and involvement will find this course a stimulating and challenging experience.
